Our Services

Permanent Hiring

When taking on any permanent hiring project we follow an incredibly thorough job requisition process; taking as much detail as we can to ensure the best match. We then work proactively to utilise a number of media in finding a bank of candidates to then approach.

We are able to offer advertising at client request but we much prefer working proactively to find those that fit the brief rather than hoping the right person see’s and applies to an advertisement.

All candidates submitted to our clients have been screened, interviewed, properly briefed on the role and had a reference sought. We endeavour to always supply quality over quantity but keep key data to report back should our clients wish to understand more about the work that has gone in to their shortlist.

In the unlikely event that we need to go back to market we will continue to work tirelessly until the hiring project is concluded. Once you’ve committed a role to us we will do whatever it takes.

We’re confident in our ability and for this reason we charge no upfront fees; our clients only pay us if we are successful in placing someone.

Temporary / Contract / Fixed Term

We are able to offer any available contract option for temporary workers to include PAYE, Self-Employed Contractor model, and via the current CIS scheme.

Our network and availability system is huge but we have a number of resources to also use proactively to ensure we find the right candidate(s) for your placement.

We can supply and payroll any number of candidates and will ensure that they are well looked after. Managing temporary employees is where we started out in recruitment in 2003 and we’re as passionate about taking great care of our candidates now as we were then.

Our timesheet and invoicing system is incredibly friendly and we can tailor these to suit the needs of each client. The same goes for payment terms – we’re keen to mirror the invoice and payment process to match how our clients’ business works, avoiding any unnecessary conversations about money down the road.
